8:00 AM from the heart of Udon Thani. Relax and enjoy the scenic ride to the Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge at Nong Khai. 9:10 AM, we arrive at the Nong Khai border crossing. Here, we’ll go through immigration procedures, which should take about 30 minutes. After clearing customs, we’ll embark on our journey into Laos. Enjoy the scenic views of the Mekong River on both the Thai and Lao sides as we make our way towards Vientiane.
10.50 Pha That Luang Temple, Vientiane. Travel comfortably to the first unseen place of Laos. Pay homage to Pha That Luang Vientiane, Pha That Ku Muang Vientiane, and see the architecture and take pictures with the beautiful Pha That Luang. After we cross the Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge from Nong Khai, we arrive in Vientiane. A place to visit in Vientiane that you must not miss is paying homage to Pha That Luang Vientiane (Pha That Luang Vientiane), a sacred object of the Lao PDR.
Inside the walkway on all 4 sides around Pha That Luang, there are various antiques and old Buddha images lined up for us to see. So we walked around and read the stories as if we were walking around a museum.
11.30 Patuxay Monument Let’s stop by Patuxay Monument or Patuxay Monument , a memorial located in the heart of Vientiane, Laos. It was built to honor the heroes who fought to declare independence from France. Patuxai is decorated with Lan Xang art. There is a plaza for a fountain show with music and Patuxai Garden, another symbol of Vientiane. On top is a viewpoint of Vientiane.
12.00 Noon Nem Nueng Sihom Restaurant We stopped by to eat at Nem Nueng Sihom Restaurant. It has been open since 1984. It was originally called “Nem Nuang Viengsavan” until it was renovated and changed its name to “Nem Nueng Sihom”. With its unique taste and selection of quality products at a reasonable price, it has been well supported by customers from Laos, Thailand and foreign tourists. It has been recognized as a famous restaurant in Vientiane that anyone who comes here must try and want their loved ones to try it so much that they will definitely buy some to bring back as gifts.
13.30 Si Saket Temple is another temple with beautiful architecture and is one of the important temples that is like the center of the hearts of the people of Laos. That is Si Saket Temple or Sa ta sa has sa ramTemple in Vientiane Capital, near the Royal Palace of the Lao kings in the past. It is like a royal temple where the kings often worship. This temple is one of the first places that travelers like to visit for good fortune. With beautiful architecture, a unique Lan Xang art sim, and also to see the beautiful Lao Lan Xang Buddhist art that has its own uniqueness.
14:00 PM, we will visit the Ho Phra Keo . This is a must-see for any visitor to Vientiane. The Ho Phra Keo , or the National Museum of Laos, is a place of immense historical significance. In the past, it was the home of the Emerald Buddha. According to historical records, this very same Emerald Buddha is now enshrined at Wat Phra Kaew, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, within the Grand Palace of Thailand. Today, only the empty pedestal where the Emerald Buddha once stood remains in the Ho Phra Keo in Vientiane. This is a place of great cultural value, featuring beautiful Lan Xang architecture that is unique and distinctive.

There are many household items, silk, and various foods. We will be at the Vientiane Morning Market for about 1 hour.
